Humble beginnings
From humble beginnings, Keystones was started with service in mind, disillusioned by how some of the larger agents were doing things, Keystones was born. Started by Scott with a desk in a serviced office in Loughton, IG10 and opened with little money, barely £10,000 was invested.
First property rented
Success! Keystones rents its first property. It is only a room in Bell Common, Epping. The first of many to come!

Keystones currently manages 25 rental properties for their landlords. Has sold 12 properties over the course of the year and has moved into a larger serviced office within the same building.

Keystones appear in the West Essex Magazine and is currently managing 40 properties for their landlords.
Keystones decides to take the leap and spots an opportunity within a shop in Collier Row, RM5
They move out of Loughton and open its doors with a Sales and Lettings offer that cannot be missed.
Keystones are currently managing 50 properties for their landlords and embark on a campaign to help the new shop survive.
Keystones also employ their 4th member of staff. The team is growing.
Keystones also wins Gold for the British Property Awards in Romford for 2016 due to their outstanding customer service.
Keystones are going from strength to strength
They are currently managing 60 properties and have sold a range of houses in the local area, stamping their mark in Romford.
Keystones also hosts their first ever Landlord Evening Event in the shop.
The Collier Row Community Group have Keystones become a local stamping station for the children. Keystones partner up with Mitchell’s Miracles – a Neuroblastoma Charity and have Minnie and Mickey to greet the children in the shop.

Keystones now have a Director, Branch Manager, Property Manager and Two Consultants. They are managing 80 properties for their landlords and are establishing themselves as the local’s favoured agent.
Keystones say they want to ‘Bless the community that have blessed us.’
They offer to help at the Collier Row Foodbank in the Ascension Church.
Give numerous charitable donations in the year including to the Mayor of Havering’s Chosen Charities.
They have Mitchells Miracles back in the shop for the 3rd year running to raise money through the community at the Collier Row Christmas night.
Keystones win Gold at the British Property Awards for Romford Sales and Bronze for the whole of East London.
Keystones are managing 100 properties for their landlords and hire their 5th team member.
Keystones start the year off with major difficulty
Covid takes hold of the nation and Keystones must shut their doors for a few months before reopening and working harder than ever
Keystones become the number 1 selling agent in Collier Row. Has a portfolio of 120 managed properties and wins Gold again at the British Property Awards, this time for Lettings.
Keystones also partner up with Clockhouse Primary School and help the school raise money. They help to buy a Playstation 5 and conduct the Raffle inside their shop for one lucky child!
